Retrieval with DataSafe Storage is simple;

You make a request through our secure on-line software or via email. The documents are sourced, securely booked out by a sophisticated barcode technology and delivered via our own fleet of vehicles. At a suitable time, they are collected and booked back into our secure purpose built records centre.

This is all happens with the minimum of fuss.

In addition, DataSafe Storage provides a 1 hour express retrieval service that in most cases can locate and deliver the required documents to you quicker that you can find them in your own office. Where this level of service is not required, we provide you with our normal daily delivery service.

In all cases, our procedure remains consistent and based upon a computerised bar coded document management system, each box is indexed with a unique bar code reference and specific location ensuring rapid retrieval is available.

All data movements are scanned in and out providing a fully audited movements history.

DataSafe storage can provide each of its clients with a full audit report listing all data movements specific to that client during each month.
