DataSafe clients control the entire process from deciding what to destroy to receipt and final checking of the destruction certificate. We undertake numerous checks and cross checks to ensure accuracy of the documents that are to be destroyed.

All destruction is via shredding and takes place off-site by qualified personnel. We guarantee to only destroy documents pre-authorised and you can be confident your data will never be exposed.

Our environmental policy ensures that we recycle all shredded records.

DataSafe Storage provides all its clients with regular reports highlighting which records have been destroyed.
